A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the independent provider that operates that tool. Worth County Recent Arrests does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
If you send an email or other message, we retain the details needed to answer. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires it.

Missouri Sunshine Law, including RSMo §610.100, governs access to government arrest records. It does not turn this private site into the custodian of Worth County records.
